Language preference

When you switch languages, a preference cookie saves your choice of Japanese or English. This cookie is not used for activity tracking.

Invitation requests

We save your email address, store or company name, and any optional message to provide setup guidance and manage invitations. Requesting an invitation does not create an account or incur charges.

Contact form

We save your name, email address, and message to respond and keep a support history. Our team reviews these enquiries.

AI chat on this website

Your messages and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate answers. If you start voice chat, microphone audio is sent to OpenAI and speech transcripts are sent to Jev through TypeSafe's official Jev API or Vercel AI Gateway, depending on the store's connection settings, to select relevant guidance. Eravio does not save the contents or audio of this website's consultation in its database or analytics. Connection times and session status are recorded for usage limits. OpenAI's policies apply to its handling of data. Please do not enter personal information or API keys.

Shopping assistant

After you consent to saving conversation text, the conversation, recommendations, product detail views, and visits to product pages are recorded separately for each store. We do not store the audio itself or card numbers. We do not track users across stores.

Store activity measurement

When a store enables tracking and receives your consent, we record page views, product views, cart additions, reported purchases, and interactions with the shopping assistant. If member identification is enabled, the store's member ID is transformed separately for that store and linked to activity. Tracking data does not include names, email addresses, or conversation text. A browser identifier is saved on your device. Withdrawing consent stops tracking and deletes the device identifier and Eravio records for that tracking session. Contact the store or our team to delete records from other past sessions. Eravio activity records older than 90 days are deleted when tracking next starts. If a store sets a GA4 measurement ID, consented events and the transformed member identifier are sent to that store's Google Analytics. Records already sent to Google are not automatically deleted when consent is withdrawn.

Store reference material

Text imported from store URLs, uploaded text files, and directly entered material are saved separately for each store. Relevant parts of published documents are sent to OpenAI to generate answers. They are not used for other stores' answers. Only add information that may be shared with customers. Documents can be edited, unpublished, or deleted in the dashboard. Information already sent may remain in an ongoing conversation.

Payments and external AI services

Stripe processes monthly subscription payments and card information. Eravio manages subscription and payment status. AI requests use the services configured by each store, and each store pays its API costs directly.

Analytics on service pages

Public service pages use Google Analytics 4 and cookies to measure visits and invitation requests. Analytics events do not include conversations, form contents, or invitation tokens. The dashboard and embedded chat are excluded from this website's analytics.
