Purchase reports and cart-specific tracking settings
View products, quantities, and amounts in purchase reports. Setup guides for six carts include public variable mappings, duplicate exclusion, and a GA4 purchase switch. Store integration and shopper consent are required; browser reports are distinct from verified payment records.
The dashboard now supports Japanese and English
In addition to this website and the shopping widget, the dashboard now supports both languages for product management, settings, conversation history, and billing.
Product API imports for four platforms
Fetch products from Shopify, EC-CUBE, SHOPLINE, and makeshop, then review and apply the import. Your store needs API access and connection settings.
Store activity tracking and GA4 integration
Measure views, product clicks, and reported purchases for each store. Configure member identification and GA4 events with shopper consent and the required store integrations.

Can I use Eravio in Japanese and English?
Yes. This website and the shopping widget support Japanese and English, with text and voice answers in the selected language. The widget can follow the host page language or an explicit setting on the embed script. Product names and registered documents retain their original text, and prices remain in Japanese yen. The merchant dashboard also supports both Japanese and English.
What is Eravio?
Eravio is a shopping assistant you add to an online store. It uses a shopper's purpose and budget to suggest products from the store's catalog. Merchants manage product data, assistant settings, and conversation history in the dashboard.
How is the sample different from AI chat?
The purpose-and-budget sample uses fictional products, makes no AI requests, and saves no input. “Ask Eravio” at the bottom right provides AI guidance on pricing and setup by text or voice. It serves a different purpose from a store widget that recommends products.
Does it work with Shopify, EC-CUBE, SHOPLINE, makeshop, futureshop, ecforce, and W2?
Eravio can be installed on stores that allow its script tag in their HTML, including these platforms. Installation options depend on the platform, theme, and subscription plan. Products can be added by CSV and checkout takes place on the store's product pages.
How do I add products?
Import UTF-8 CSV files or connect product APIs for Shopify, EC-CUBE, SHOPLINE, and makeshop in the dashboard. API access and store credentials are required; review the fetched data and apply it manually. API imports support up to 500 products or variants per run. CSV files support 500 records and 1 MB per file. futureshop requires a review of usage conditions; ecforce requires the subscriber API specifications before connection.
Can the AI use my store's own information?
Yes. Add reference material through a website URL, a UTF-8 TXT or MD (Markdown) file, or direct entry in the dashboard's knowledge section. Shipping and returns policies, product instructions, and FAQs can inform text and voice answers. Review and publish drafts to use them only for that store. Each store can add up to 20 documents of 20,000 characters each.
Can I update my information? Will other stores use it?
Edit, unpublish, or delete documents in the dashboard. Saved edits become drafts and are used again after publication. URL imports are manual and cover one page at a time; reimport to update them. Documents are not used for other stores. You can also set response restrictions for each store. URL imports are limited to registered store domains. Information sent before unpublishing or deletion may remain in an ongoing conversation.
What does Jev do?
Jev is an AI model that makes selections and evaluations based on context. In Eravio, it identifies shopping intent and when to suggest products. It works alongside the model that generates conversation to help shoppers choose.
Can I match it to my store's design?
Set the chat's main and background colors, assistant name, and greeting in the dashboard. Adapt it to your store's design and customer service style.
Can I sign up now? How much does it cost?
Eravio is invitation-only. Our team reviews your request and sends an invitation link. Monthly subscriptions start at ¥1,980 including tax and depend on your product limit. Review your subscription before paying through Stripe. Each store pays AI API costs directly.
